Automise Ltd recently completed a critical project for a global leader in gas and liquid filtration solutions. A manufacturing facility in the North East of England required modifications to an existing machine to accommodate a new family of larger products. However, the machine builder faced challenges in sourcing a software engineer to update the system.

The end user turned to Automise Ltd, who stepped in at short notice to modify the Mitsubishi Q30 PLC and GOT HMI. Our team expertly updated the machine sequence, Recipe Management System, and diagnostics to meet the new functional requirements. Additionally, Automise provided technical management and ensured compliance with ISO 13849 Functional Safety standards.
